If you’re willing to reset the leaderboard without any proof at all that cheating is even a possibility then why do you even care about being on it. That would just compromise the whole point of a leaderboard in the first place. So what you're saying is you have no proof, can't demonstrate an example through a video and you think that the developers will reset the leaderboard just to let you be on the top for a short moment. I dont know how long you have been gaming, but literally every scoreboard on PC will have cheaters dominating in the first page. What if someone spent hours trying to achieve that highscore only to have it erased because some random person on the forum believes she or he cheated, how is that fair? And what would stop someone else to do the same towards you in the future? Score is based on your combo bonus so if you have more traps unlocked and make the most out of their status effects of course you will get a higher score and effectively use your trinkets will add even more additional status effects on the early levels giving you even more coins and higher score early on.
Maybe if you could demonstrate some hard proof on how people may cheat with their score maybe the developers can actually look into it but there's no reason to assume that just because some player was able to achieve a much bigger number than yourself it must mean they were cheating.
